This patch aims to clear up common confusions about using CMake to build SYCL applications with DPC++, and provides a minimal
CMakeLists.txtsample that can be used to build the sample application in the guide.This seemed to be an issue in multiple tickets recently such as #6372 and #6618, so it would be good to have clarifications in the getting started guide.
