[SYCL][Docs] Move sycl_ext_oneapi_kernel_properties to experimental #7190
Conversation
This commit moves the sycl_ext_oneapi_kernel_properties extension from proposal to experimental. As part of the move, the extension is transitioned to the new extension template. Additionally it adds a note about the current order limitation of `SYCL_EXT_ONEAPI_FUNCTION_PROPERTY` and `SYCL_EXTERNAL` in the current implementation. This is in draft until the extension rest of the implementation is merged. |

The DPC++ doesn't seem to render correctly in HTML. I think is is because the + are being interpreted by Asciidoctor as an inline passthrough. I think you will instead need to define the {dpcpp} macro at the top of the file.

I don't know how I missed the template defined in the template, but I have added it. Looks to be rendering correctly now.
