firebase.database().ServerValue vs firebase.database.ServerValue

Based on the firebase JS implementation, we should be able to access ServerValue from firebase.database, not firebase.database().

Note to self: firebase.storage.TaskEvent.STATE_CHANGED and firebase.storage.TaskState.* also needs doing
