Well given the Family issues im dealing with I cannot properly answer/address all of these questions at this time.

However, as I've stated before and will again I am ready to help move the Dev funds for ION into a multisig that is under control of the stated people.

has this address been setup? Or do we need to schedule a time for all users to coordinate signature sharing to get it setup?

update gitian-keys readme (fixes gpg fetching)

to patch from:

1. Ubuntu Keyserver
2. Debian Keyserver
3. MIT Keyserver
4. SKS keyservers used by OpenPGP
