collectionRepeat hides infinite scroll animation

Hi,
When I use infinite scroll with a collectionRepeat list, the loading animation icon doesn't show up.

Confirmed, @mhartington has a codepen demo here which works, other than the animation showing at the bottom. I'll look in to this some more, thanks!

I'm using $ionicLoading, but seems like it was fixed recently in a
commit... Or will be fixed in the next release
