What is the current behavior?

The solution in #26592 had a bit of technical debt associated with it to avoid a breaking change.

What is the new behavior?

• The color for the clear icon on ion-input is now set on button and inherited to the ion-icon instead of set directly on ion-icon.

Does this introduce a breaking change?
