Short description of what this resolves:

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Adds public willLoad lifecycle event: It will be called once BEFORE first change detection (i.e. before ngOnInit, ngAfterViewinit... )
  • didLoad is called AFTER the component and his children has been fully initialized.

Ionic Version: 2.x
