Notes for 0.4.0 breaking changes:

1. www directory is always emptied out. Use asset directory instead to copy source files into www at build time
2. config.bundles is no longer required. But if old configs are left, and they didn't correctly have all the required components, then some components won't render. It's best to just remove config.bundles entirely.
