Adds a back office vehicle page and links to it from vehicles list and back office homepage telemetry.
Page includes most recent, current and next bookings, most recent telemetry data for each line, table of all telemetry data from the last week (up to 5040 rows), graph of "State of Charge" for the last week (last 5040 telemetry packets).
