Recent Changes in Stardust

Description

Several changes have been implemented in the Stardust specifications, namely:

TIP-18

• Renaming Extended Output to Basic Output (Rename ExtendedOutput to BasicOutput #1074)
• Adding Immutable Blocks field to UTXO state machines (Add immutable feature blocks #1128)
• Adding Immutable Alias Address Unlock Condition to foundry outputs (Add ImmutableAliasAddressUnlockCondition #1101)

TIP-20

• AddingNetwork ID to the transaction essence for replay protection (Move network_id and add protocol_version #1088)
• Adding Inputs Commitment field to tx essence (Add inputs_commitment to TransactionEssence #1125)

TIP-22 is being updated via this PR

• Network String -> Network Name rename
• Max Inputs/Outputs Count is 128 (Increase max input/output/block count #1076)
• Max Native Token Count is 64 (Limit native tokens count to 64 per transaction #1103)
• Max Metadata Length is 8192 (Increase max metadata length #1118)
• Added experimental VByte Cost for testnet of 500

TIP-24 is being updated via this PR

• Removing Network ID from message and replacing it with Protocol Version. (Move network_id and add protocol_version #1088)
