trouble in running project

I need some help.

I tried to run this project in linux system, but when I run "yarn start:all" I got error message:

It seems that I need to edit a config file, but I don't know which file I should change.

By the way，I tried to run this project in win10 but I was failed too, it returns error message:

How can I run this project in linux system or windows system?

I resolve this problem in linux by adding url dependence:

yarn -W add url

Running project in win10 by

yarn start
