What would you like to be added

The ioctl ws router bind command should be enhanced to accept addresses prefixed with "0x". This is essential to ensure consistency across all our ecosystem tools.

Why is this needed

We should support 0x addresses everywere. Especially in in this case where the input address is the result of a contract deployment that will always be provided as a 0x address and forces developers to always convert firs.
