how to install ipa_building_msgs

I have an error about ipa_building_msgs
CMake Error at /opt/ros/melodic/share/catkin/cmake/catkinConfig.cmake:83 (find_package):
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "ipa_building_msgs"
with any of the following names:

ipa_building_msgsConfig.cmake
ipa_building_msgs-config.cmake

ipa_building_msgs is part of this repository, if you clone it, build it using catkin and source the devel/setup.bash after that, CMake should be able to include it
