The 2016 Q3 Workshop was announced in this thread in ipfs/community. Go check it out there! This repo is our staging ground to discuss the details of the event.
tl:dr; An IPFS Workshop and hackday, in Lisbon, July 25th-26th, accessible remotely, all invited, proposals for talks and events encouraged, travel scholarships available as needed.

During the day we will also have use of meeting rooms on the 3rd floor, which will be marked with IPFS signs as well.
