What other dns resolvers might we want to add support for? of course should do it on an as-needed basis, but would be nice if this tool supported a variety of services.

Route 53 would be good. On the other hand, I'd like to experiment with IPNS and dnslink-deploy will eventually be obsoleted by it.

We'll still need to bind DNS to ipns etc. lots of people will want to use DNS names too
