Hi @vijayee, as we talked, I'm working on your merkle-dag implementation to get it to work with js-ipfs-repo. I will finish the PR during today, don't merge it just yet :)

• Move to Standard codestyle (and add hooks) to comply with IPFS JS Community guidelines - https://github.com/ipfs/community/blob/master/js-contribution-guidelines.md
• Use IPFS Repo instead of a "blob-store" directly
• Test it against a go-ipfs repo (reading and writing)
