Sometimes the DHT tests hang/take too long and travis gets annoyed.

Sounds racey... I'll try the race detector when i get to it.

I still rarely see this-- ping and stuff will fail. not sure what it is because multiple "independent" tests will fail in a failing run.

maybe something like high system load during the test run? One thing ive seen is that tests will fail if you already have ipfs running as a daemon
