Decide what to do about recurrence in ninjs 2.2 for DPP LPX

We have two options for recurrence:

1. Just add everything as it already exists in NewsML-G2 recurrence rules. Reasoning is that we have it, we know what we need so let's just do it.

2. Don't add it yet because we don't have a real use case for it. Wait until we have one.

Currently we have added recurrence

Action for now: wait and see what the use cases tell us when looking at the DPP scenarios.

But we can re-visit this if the need arises.
