Documentation for events and planning in ninjs User Guide

We need to support the pure method of a separate event, planning object and news item but also the "crash news" approach of having eventDetails added directly to a news item. This needs to be documented clearly and with examples to avoid problems with implementations not understanding the differences.

We should also make sure that our unit tests and examples have examples of both types of events and coverage support.
