How to run several non-barcoded samples at the same time? #12
Comments
@FlorianePoint, first thing I want to check is whether tbpore meets your needs? i.e. is there something this pipeline gives you that tbpore doesn't? I'm trying to consolidate in one place rather than having multiple tools and pipelines that do much the same thing |
Hi Michael, actually we are using Mykrobe here because we want to run some Illumina samples. |
Ah I see, well this pipeline is designed for nanopore reads too sorry. I would suggest just running mykrobe directly on your Illumina reads. If you need help with that, feel free to open an issue on the mykrobe repository or message me on slack |
Thanks Michael, Illumina reads work well on Mykrobe for one sample. Since there is no barcode associated to the EXP-NBD104/114 kit, is there a way to run several illumina samples at once ? |
Are you asking how to run multiple Illumina samples with tbpore or mykrobe? tbpore only supports nanopore. to run multiple Illumina files with mykrobe, I would suggest running mykrobe on each sample in a bash |
