Leave `ACCOUNT_REQUIRED` there though, because that's still in use.

Remove draft/ prefix from registry.yml. This is just for listing reserved names, not current draft versions. |
As noted up the top of the page, the registry primarily functions as a repo of 'reserved names', so we shouldn't include the `draft/` prefix.

This does everything mentioned in #356 apart from adding the
EXTJWTPR (not much has been said on it lately, not on the roadmap rn? idk what's the plans with this) and adding themigratePR (not much has been said on it lately, not on the roadmap rn).Overall it does a fair bit of cleaning-up the page.
