- Various fixes/cleanup for Storage Explorer while using it to investigate Crash with buffered stream reads #184
Non-functional changes, just updates from opening with VS 17.11, probably mostly due to Segoe, etc.
And consume from NuGet
Simplify the code and fix various errors, warnings, etc.
