Issues for discussion:

  • Travis-ci is free for open sourced projects, but not free (from 69$ per month) for private ones.
  • Option 1) We may buy and use travis-ci license until Open3D is launched.
  • Option 2) We keep do manual labor for cross-platform check and begin to use travis-ci once the Open3D is released.

Phillip once setup travis-ci or some similar system for Iris.
What he did is to use his local machine to check linux build.
Thus it is not required to use travis-ci service.

For to be frank, I don't mind to pay $69 per month since we will go public in a few months, as long as you think it helps our development.
