What does this Pull Request do?

Replaces the localhost with ansiable variables.

How should this be tested?

  version: replace_localhost
  • Vagrant up
  • test to see if content gets index into blazegraph

Tested with Islandora-Devops/islandora-playbook#124 and it works as advertised.
