What does this Pull Request do?

This PR fixes a syntax issue related to the config created by the Ansible. It also adds additional audio formats.

How should this be tested?

• You can modify the requirements.yml with the following.

- src: https://github.com/Natkeeran/ansible-role-crayfish
  name: Islandora-Devops.crayfish
  version:  homarus_config

• vagrant up
• Ensure that the config created here /var/www/html/Crayfish/Homarus/cfg/config.yaml is same as the one here: https://github.com/Islandora-CLAW/Crayfish/blob/e94dcabf036d4789ffd833949fabeff26b80d76f/Homarus/cfg/config.example.yaml

@dannylamb This is the missing piece for the audio derivatives. If this gets merged, then a release need to be cut, and claw-playbook requirements updated.
