I expect

AccessCondition distribution to reference the existing file https://raw.githubusercontent.com/italia/daf-ontologie-vocabolari-controllati/master/Ontologie/AccessCondition/latest/AccessCondition-AP_IT.ttl

Instead

It references dcat:downloadURL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/italia/daf-ontologie-vocabolari-controllati/master/Ontologie/AccessCondition/latest/AC-AP_IT.ttl .
