Monitor can't be used in resume

When using monitor: Relu and monitoring signal_mean and signal_variance, I'm unable to resume the training since for some reason signal_mean_1 and signal_mean_2 are created instead of expected signal_mean and signal_variance

Thank you for reporting this. I wonder if want to support this. monitor is designed for debugging purposes so it is not expected that you'll train (and resume) a meaningful network with it...
