Non visible icons in popup items of Transfers window toolbar

How to reproduce

Open Cyberduck and let show Transfers window.

Right-click on window's header/toolbar and in contextual menu select "Use Small Size"

-Current state*

Pop-ups Bandwidth and Connections had no icons inside.
See included screenshots.

-Wanted state*

Pop-ups Bandwidth and Connections should contain small icons inside.

May be don't shrink horizontal (x-axe), set minimal width of popup item.
