In DVC tracked side panel tree:

  1. "global" icons to pull all, push all
  2. Select multiple and do pull, push

Otherwise it's quite painful clicking all of them one-by-one to pull.

We added these icons to the SCM view but this shows that is not obvious enough. I will add to the tree title/menu as well.

Global actions are also available from the command palette.
