Add Nvidia Image Scaling and AMD FidelityFX

This release adds the following shaders:

• NVIDIA Image Scaling
• AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution
• AMD FidelityFX Contrast Adaptive Sharpening

In my testing, these deliver better results and use less resources than the original "generic" profile. They work well for both animation and live action content.
