Release v0.4.5

• startup speed improvements
• error notification if program could not be launched
• formatted log output
• failed program starts will not be recorded in history
• dependencies have been updated

Kickoff has been stable for a while now, so current and future releases mostly won't be flagged as Pre-release.
This does not mean that kickoff is in any way finished and there will be no more features, it just implies
that I'm comfortable telling people that they can use it as a daily driver.
