As an admin I want to be able to see where candidates heard about the vacancy for each exercise. I need to be able to see this breakdown quickly on screen to share it with the Communications Team and determine how successful outreach work has been for the exercise.
This information comes from the question in Additional Information 'How did you hear about the vacancy?'
There needs to be a report called 'Outreach' and it is suggested it falls between Diversity and Character issues.
Suggest this looks similar to the diversity table layout but with different headings. They will also need to see what people have written as other forms of communication.
To do
Admin. Create report page.
Platform. Cloud function to generate/refresh the report.
Both. Perhaps include Benchmark data taken from all exercises so team can see how current exercise compares.
