Support self-assessment extraction on Admin (Application Edit)

Background

A minority of candidates are experiencing issues with uploading their self-assessment (SA) document and progressing to the extraction steps. One of the errors relates to the files being flagged as over the size limit, however, on checking they are found not to exceed the limit. We will create efficiencies for Admins and the Digital team by supporting the extraction on Admin so that users can action it themselves.

User Story

As an Admin, I would like to be able to upload a candidate's self-assessment document on Admin so that if they experience process issues, I can support them in submitting their self-assessment.

Benefit(s) to user (if not already clear from User story)

• Admins will be able to self-administer candidates experiencing issues without needing recourse to the Digital team.

Feature(s) Description

• Replicate SA document upload, extraction, edit and submit process on Admin

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when Admins are able to:

• upload candidate SA form on Admin
• extract the content
• confirm word count met and edit content onscreen
• submit
• view the edited content in the candidate's application view

Definition of Done

• User stories/acceptance criteria met
• Internal reviews passed (feedback actioned)
• User testing passed
• Relevant technical documentation updated
• User guidance updated
• Deployed and merged without errors

User Testing Steps

This feature aims to support the upload and extraction of candidate self-assessment documents on Admin to be used in cases where candidates experience issues with the process on Apply.
