Stages: List of Candidates moving back and moving forward

#453 In this task we added the possibility of moving candidates to a previous stage. This was a basic functionality that needed to implemented on MVP. The user selects one of more candidates on a stage list, and after clicking on "move back to ..." the candidates are selected but the user don't know which ones selected. There is no way of knowing the actual candidates that are selected. This task is to add a list of the selected candidates as a follow up task from #453

1. Add a list of the selected candidates to move back
2. Add an option to remove some of the selected candidates

3. Add a link to the candidate page when clicking on the ID (first column of the list) (OPTIONAL)
