Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an admin I need to be able to move a candidate back to their former status and stage if an error or change in decision.
Describe the solution you'd like
A grey move back button once a status is set. This should only appear in Shortlisted, Selected and Recommended.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not allowing this but mistakes happen sufficiently that this functionality is required.
