Our malware scanner was built using [the system suggested by google] (https://cloud.google.com/architecture/automate-malware-scanning-for-documents-uploaded-to-cloud-storage?hl=en)however since we implemented our system, google has updated the system twice, now being on 'version 3'.

This ticket covers updating, deploying, and testing the virus scanner, ensuring we use this new system to cover our uploads.
