Remove/Quarantine Existing Files

As part of upgrading to the new virus scanning system it is necessary to run a scan of all files within storage and generate checksums and remove/quarantine any infected files.

This ticket represents the creation of a nodeScript to run such an action, and the action of initiating this in the cloud against all three envs.
