otweb is built on Open Transactions, and you need to install opentsx before otweb will run. Please see the opentx installation documents here: https://github.com/Open-Transactions/opentxs/tree/develop/docs
To run, clone the repo and from your otweb directory run
coffee app.coffee
then navigate on your browser to http://localhost:3000/
