This folder contains the necessary files to replicate the results presented in the following paper:

Microbio_BSP_analyses.R: R script for reproducing the analyses presented in the paper.

lefse_abnormalities*.txt: datasets to run Lefse (https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy/)

read.newick.R: source code from read.newick, only necessary if you have problems with the phytools package

All other files are necessary for running Microbio_BSP_analyses.R.
