Update the CDI dependencies to the following versions:

  • Jakarta Annotations: 3.0.0
  • Jakarta Expression Language: 6.0.0
  • Jakarta Interceptors: 2.2.0

Annotations and Interceptors have been staged, but EL only has a 6.0.0-M2 release staged as of today
