The idea here is to flag pages to not write into in child processes, even if there are empty slots. As partially full pages are "free" to a child process, even if they have empty space it's more efficient to just allocate a new page for the child than to copy an already half full page from the parent.

gc_writebarrier_incremental is called before or in middle of
object initialization.  Can casue SEGV.

I found that combining sweep and move is not safe.  I don't think that
we can do compaction concurrently with _anything_ unless there is a read
barrier installed.

Here is a simple example.  A class object is freed, and during it's free
step, it tries to remove itself from its parent's subclass list.
However, during the sweep step, the parent class was moved and the
"currently being freed" class didn't have references updated yet.  So we
get a segv like this:
