Refactor Jan into an Electron app

Challenges

• We wanted to get a desktop application without any changes to our existing codebase for the web application.
• Our current web is using NextJS 13 - App Router
• It seems like a blocker where Nextron still struggling with this and still a WIP Support for Nextjs 13.3 Static export saltyshiomix/nextron#296. Nextron roadmap: 2023 Roadmaps - I'm back! saltyshiomix/nextron#398

• Add electron build
• Correct static export asset paths
• Export static site for production bundle
• Plugin Manager
