Docs - runner examples

Add some examples of using the runner.

General idea is to add this to the doc generation script - use a .rst.template file in docs/source, have the script run each command and insert the output, finally writing out to .rst.

Should include a comment at the top noting that the file is auto-generated and only the template should be edited. (add this to the other generated docs too...)
