In the README and docs/index.rst, there are placeholders for the project name. Currently, they just say "skeleton", but that's not distinct from legitimate use (such as in the skeleton badge).

I'm now thinking these names should more prominently indicate their placeholder status, maybe by using PROJECT or something similar.
