Metabox not accessible when not collecting counts

Right here we are disabling the metabox if we're not collecting stats.

But the metabox is used for more than displaying the counts. It's used to exclude the share button on a particular page.

I'm working on a site where we have simple share buttons without counts, but need the ability to exclude from certain pages (Privacy Policy, Newsletter Subscribe Confirmation...)
