after login, passport didnot update session

I checked all password dependencies for store session in mongodb with express and after successfull login with local strategy, passport didnot update session in db and req.isAuthinication() return false

I'm having the same problems. Upon redirect (express 4) session.passport simply disappears, so neither req.user nor req.isAuthenticated works. Custom session variables are preserved during redirect however.
