Because of API change, used opaque_ref field to pass frame number throught FFmpeg processing.
Improved pixel format handling and audio channel layout in ffmpeg_consumer.cpp. Added a running state check in decklink_consumer.cpp. Updated buffer size alignment in ndi_consumer.cpp. Reduced MAX_THREADS in tbb_avcodec.cpp to limit memory consumption. Incremented version to TVP 9.0.
