[Bug]: crashes after file is uploaded. cannot run any data tests. #3246

@MSopher, thanks for taking the time to create this issue. If possible (and applicable), please upload to the issue website (#3246, attaching to an email does not work) a screenshot showcasing the problem, and/or a compressed (zipped) .jasp file or the data file that causes the issue. If you would prefer not to make your data publicly available, you can send your file(s) directly to us, issues@jasp-stats.org |
This is going to sound horrible but I am using this program for school, I follow the guides the instructor gives us. I do not know how to do what you are asking. |
Whenever I upload any of these files it crashes. It worked fine a few weeks ago when I first started my class but now it crashes everytime. cf_wwwhr_and_mntlhlth.csv |

When I try to run the t tests it never loads. None of the different tests
will run.

How do I upload logs and where do I get them. I'm not very familiar with
JASP. I only follow my instructors instructions for the assignment so I do
not know how to do what you are asking.

I downloaded it via the first option, windows install. As far as I can see
my computer is fully updated.

If the crashes persist you could try:
- one of the other install methods.
- update your Operating system fully and restart the machine
(especially important are up to date graphics drivers if you run intel
graphics)
- run JASP with safe graphics mode:

If JASP crashes before you can get to that window you can activate
safe-graphics via starting a command prompt: Type "command prompt" in the
Start menu & then type "c:\Program Files (x86)\JASP\JASP.exe
--safeGraphics" and see if JASP is more stable this way.

Bug Description
As soon as I load a file in to run the necessary tests it crashes. It does not let me perform any tests.
Expected Behaviour
I should be able to upload the file and run the necessary tests.
