This adds the Bunkers and Badasses Bestiary and Familiar Layouts and CSS.
I am showing on my end there might be something off about the .ts files, but in dev I could not formulate any differences in expression of action. A check on this would be nice before submission.
This also includes some slight fixes to the readme documentation for layouts.
