Initiative Tracker: Formulas 1.5

Scope

The release of https://github.com/javalent/initiative-tracker/releases/tag/9.11.0 introduced the ability to have more complex initiatives. However, currently, one can only have one initiative formula setting. As a part of expanding the initiative calculation in the future, the ability to have multiple formula stored is needed.

Some Ideas Discussed Beforehand

• System based and come with the bestiary
• Give the possibly to create multiple in settings & choose when you add a creature.
• "Formula" Layouts
